Shared Training
The Tri-County Manufacturing Consortium assesses training needs each year. Shared (or Consortium-Based) Training is set up for the topics that the needs assessment shows are vital to multiple companies. Topics available for 2008-2009 grant year include:

   • Strategic Business Communication Competitiveness Training
   • Welding
   • Advanced HR Policy & Law

Tuition Reimbursement Program
If neither WEDnet nor Shared Training topics fit your specific training needs, perhaps the Tuition Reimbursement program can be tailored to help your company get reimbursed for the training your employees need. The program provides resources to Tri-County Manufacturing businesses to train currently employed workers in an effort to keep area businesses and workers competitive.
